Grapefruit - 1 Whole (Peeled) Apple - 2 Whole Medium Sized Plums - 3 (stone removed) This mixture of British with exotic fruit makes a delicious, refreshing juice combination. As an extra treat this can be topped up with sparkling water to add a bit of spritz on a summers day. Grapefruit is one of the largest providers of vitamin C. This juice will heal and detoxify your body, protect you from cancer, prevent kidney stones and even lower cholesterol. A perfect summer tonic.
