Free UK Mainland Express Delivery on all orders
At Juicy Retreats we ship all orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Our delivery times are usually 1 working day (Mon-Friday) when you choose next working day delivery and normally 1-3 working days when you choose free Express delivery. In very few cases, however, they may take longer if there is a courier issue. You should contact the courier using your tracking number, or call us and we will chase the parcel for you.
One hour delivery window.
You will receive confirmation when your item has been shipped and in the case of courier shipped orders, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your delivery. You can also trace the order by calling the Juicy Retreats team on 02039 340 484 or emailing email@example.com.
For items sent by courier such as Juicers and Blenders, the courier will email and text message you (if you give us your mobile phone number) with information about the delivery day and also the one hour time slot for delivery. Smaller orders such as spare parts for machines are sent by other delivery methods and may not have the one hour time slot given.
Larger deliveries such as juicers are automatically sent with Courier (UK Mainland) and with Free Express Delivery, all other orders are sent with Royal Mail or you can choose the next working day delivery option. You will be shown the delivery options in the checkout.
Courier deliveries to the UK Mainland deliver Monday to Friday.

UK addresses can take advantage of our free Express delivery on all orders. (Excluding Channel Islands)
Our International Delivery Policy
We deliver globally to most worldwide destinations. Please note that international deliveries are also very fast but may take a little longer than usual depending on the destination country. We use Royal Mail and International Couriers to provide the quickest and most efficient service. Your delivery cost and shipping time are calculated in the shopping cart when you enter your address. Please be aware all our electrical appliances use a UK, European or USA plug system and it is down to the customer to check the requirements of their particular country as we will send the correct plug type for the country of delivery address.
International deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to customs importation charges in your country. It is vitally important to check you own countries importation tax and duty policy before purchase to see what you will need to pay. Juicy Retreats are not responsible for the payment of your importation tax and duty. Any items returned to Juicy Retreats due to unpaid international importation tax and duty will be refunded minus the cost of the original shipping and the cost of return shipping.
Juicy Retreats can not be held responsible for delayed orders due to industrial action taken by any courier or postal company that we use.
For orders selected for delivery by courier service please ensure you select an address where it can be signed for between 08.30 - 18.00 hrs Mon to Fri. Any parcels accepted to be left at an address without a signature will be at the customers own risk.

Returning an item
Follow our returns procedure if you would like to return a faulty, damaged, duplicate, incorrect or unwanted item. Please see our Returns Policy
This returns policy outlines the circumstance when we will authorise the return of an item.

Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your return and obtain an RMA number. Please state the reason for your return request and in the event of a faulty item please add any supporting information, e.g photos, that you feel may speed your request along.
So that we can identify your order please include your name and address and the order number that you would have received on your receipt.
Please be aware that in the event of a warranty claim, you must provide your receipt as proof of purchase as this is your warranty document.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund or immediate exchange. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage (UK only). Please be aware all our electrical appliances use a UK, European or USA plug system and it is down to the customer to check the requirements of their particular country as we will send the correct plug type for the country of delivery address. Juicy Retreats will not cover the postage cost outside the UK should there be any warranty issues.
The definition of a faulty item is that it was unusable upon receipt. Either the item does not work, or some of the parts are damaged etc. If a fault develops after use, your item is covered under our warranty policy and we will either repair or replace the item. Warranty information can be found in the terms and conditions.
Juicy Retreats will happily repair or exchange goods that have become faulty through no fault of the user as per our warranty policy. Our expert technical team will thoroughly strip down and examine all items that have been sent back with faults. Our technical equipment allows us to diagnose the cause of all faults. Any fault that has been found to have been caused through mis-use will not be covered under warranty. Examples of mis-use can also be found in our terms and conditions
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
You must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return. We will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging, and in good resaleable condition.
